County champions Yorkshire have marked Australian batsman Travis Head for the second 50% of the 2016 season.
Head will touch base at Headingley in July to assume control from New Zealand star Kane Williamson when he leaves on worldwide obligation.
The 22-year-old was one of the stars of the late Big Bash League in Australia, while playing for the Adelaide Strikers, and he is anticipating trying himself in English conditions while working close by countryman Jason Gillespie.
